Rich in medium chain fatty acids, including lauric acid, caprylic acid and capric acid, and a lot of triglycerides, protein, antioxidants and vitamin E.

 

Lauric acid, octanoic acida nd decanoic acid have natural

anti-bacterial and anti-microbial functions.
